When available, it will also appear in Your Orders and notifications. It provides information about when you can expect to receive your items. External factors, such as traffic, can affect delivery windows. They’re not guaranteed and may be subject to change. Deliveries can arrive before or after estimated windows.

Our Pick up station is 16 Prime Complex, Wilson Street, London Spot
Kampala, Uganda. The delivery time is the period from when you place your order to when you receive an email or call that your order is ready for pickup. Ensure you pickup your order during our working hours. Please pickup your item within 10 days, otherwise it will be cancelled.
