- Pricing and Shipping: Once we locate the product and confirm its availability, we will provide you with a detailed quote that includes the cost of the item, any applicable taxes or fees, and the shipping charges to Uganda. We strive to offer competitive and transparent pricing, ensuring that you have a clear understanding of the total cost involved.
- Order Confirmation and Payment: If you’re satisfied with the quote provided, we will proceed with order confirmation. You will be required to make the payment for the Custom Order, including any applicable fees, through one of our accepted payment methods (Mobile Money or Direct Bank Deposit).
- Timely Delivery: Upon receiving your payment, we will initiate the process of shipping the product from the UK to Uganda. Our team will handle all the logistics and ensure that your order is delivered to your doorstep in a timely manner. We will keep you informed throughout the shipping process, providing tracking details so you can monitor the progress of your order.
